For New York Pizza, we developed the "Pizza Crush" game, aimed at boosting the recruitment of new app members.
The game is inspired by the popular "Candy Crush" concept, but instead of candies, participants combine as many iconic elements characteristic of New York Pizza as possible, such as pizzas, the Statue of Liberty, and a pizza slicer. The game is directly connected to New York Pizza’s CRM system, allowing every player to automatically earn pizza points and have a chance to win the grand prize: a year of free pizza. Thanks to the CRM integration, players were immediately enrolled in the loyalty program without having to manually enter their details. This ensured easy participation, higher conversion to new members, and valuable customer data that New York Pizza could use to further strengthen its relationship with its audience.
