What do we need to get started?

Specifications & DPA

On this page you will find the list of general specifications we need to start your gamification campaign. The data is also used to make up the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Below this section, you will find the specifications and a Photoshop template per gamification concept.

General specifications
  • Start date and time of the campaign The "campaign will start soon" page will be shown prior to this date.
  • End date and time of the campaign The "campaign is ended" page will be shown after this date.
  • Desired domain name We will check the availability and claim it for you.
  • Photoshop design document This only applies if you take care of the design yourself. PSD templates are available for download under this section. You can use Wetransfer.com to send the PSD file back to us.
  • Design assets Such as vector brand logo, font files and product images. You can use Wetransfer.com to send the files.
  • Data to collect List of (personal) data fields, like name, email address and opt-in for newsletter subscription.
  • Admin account user Our campaigns come standard with an admin for managing and exporting the collected data. To provide access to the admin, we need the email address of the future administrator.
  • Campaign terms and conditions Document (Word or PDF) in which the campaign conditions are stated.
  • Signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Generate your custom DPA (https://ratsibambam.com/en/dpa) based on our DPA template and return it with a signature.
  • Social share title and description Used for social sharing of the campaign. The "title" has a maximum of 70 characters and "description" a maximum of 150 characters.
  • Prizes to win You can raffle some big prizes at the end of the campaign or give away several small prizes over the entire campaign period.
  • Removal of data You agree that the server, containing all collected data and files of this campaign, will permanently deleted 1 week after the campaign period ended. So be sure that you have exported all data before the removal date.

    2. The prices are not linked to a specific code, but are distributed over the entire duration
  • We generate the unique codes in any format (up to 10 million) in Excel (.csv)
  • We can generate specific code sequences, for example with a fixed prefix or number of characters
  • The printing of codes on vouchers is budgeted separately
  • We always recommend having the codes printed with a 'monotype' font such as the (free) Google Font 'Ubuntu Mono' or 'Reddit Mono'
