Gamification is a great way to reward customers for their loyalty. Dutch retailer Wibra would like to pamper its customers with this wheel of fortune campaign that we developed together with Hippo Creative Studios.

Wibra customers receive a coupon with a unique code with every purchase that gives them a chance to win fantastic prizes. Customers can enter their code online and spin the wheel. All participants are guaranteed to win a prize, which gives the participation ratio an extra boost.

The campaign is also successful for Wibra itself with a participation conversion of over 90% and a 32% conversion on newsletter subscriptions!
