In collaboration with Budget Thuis, we developed this Candy Crush spin-off. Budget Thuis offers a combination of energy, internet and mobile, and this integrated offering is reflected in the "combi crush" game.
The primary goal of the game was to allow existing customers to opt in for telephone contact, which takes effect from 1 July 2026. During gameplay, participants could easily indicate whether they agreed to this. Every Budget Thuis customer could participate via a unique link in the newsletter. Participant data processing was linked to HubSpot, meaning users did not need to fill in any additional details. This created a frictionless experience and a high willingness to participate.
